Browse our available lots online or speak with our team. Pay the fully refundable US$250 reservation fee to hold your chosen lot for 10 days while you review the paperwork and make your decision.
During the 10-day reservation period, you'll receive all the details about your lot including the Purchase Agreement and lot documentation. Meet our representative or give us a call. No pressure, just honest information.
Once you've reviewed everything and are ready to proceed, pay your deposit. The deposit amount varies by lot and is clearly displayed on each listing. Your reservation fee is credited toward your deposit.
Once you've signed the Purchase Agreement and completed the standard verification checks, the agreement is exchanged. You're now the legal contracting purchaser of your land lot!
Spread your remaining balance up to 7 years at 0% interest. Monthly payments start from as low as US$900. Your first payment starts two months after the agreement is exchanged. Budget-friendly and stress-free.
Once all payments are complete, the full freehold title is transferred to you. The land is officially yours – time to start planning that dream home!
After your agreement is exchanged and your lot has its individual block and parcel number, you can register a Caution with the Cayman Islands Land Registry. This adds an extra layer of legal protection for your land purchase. Our team can help you with this process.
